Scope

Stu Anderson (new B&G chair) and Steve Bartram (new B&G member) tour the UUFSD site during daylight hours. Visual inspection of buildings and grounds. Discuss organizational issues for B&G committee. Steve decides what to tackle while Stu is on vacation for a couple weeks.

Stu Anderson and Steve Bartram met at UUFSD at 2:30pm, March 30, 2007. Continued wide ranging discussion of topics from the B&G formation meeting. Walked the grounds: Montessori paths, amphitheater irrigation project, kiosk roof inspection, tool shed, administrative office & roof, classrooms.

Conclusions

UUFSD has a beautiful site!

Kiosk roof could be replaced for a few hundred dollars of materials and a dozen hours of volunteer labor. Would make a good confidence-building project.

The toolshed is adequate as-is. Needs to be cleaned out and reorganized, tools evaluated. Big issue - identify and/or dispose of old cans of paint.
