Day of Mindfulness
Silent Walking Meditation

One Saturday/month; 8:30am-3:30pm

This meditation Sangha, based on the Vipassana tradition, meets once a month on a Saturday (dates vary). Each session will provide guided meditation instructions and discussion, a talk on Buddha’s teachings, a question and answer time, and practice assignments that call for applying the teachings to everyday life. We encourage newcomers.
