CLIMATE CONVERSATIONS: Upcycle Your Stash!

Keep Sewing Alive organizes a biannual fabric sale at Covenant Presbyterian Church in San Diego (2930 Howard Street). They happily take fabric donations and make those donations available to students and others - very affordably - at their sales. For those of us who love sewing, it's a really fun event. If you want to prune or donate your fabric stash, call or email the organizer, Jenne Hill (619-281-0992; jennehill1@cox.net) and she'll be happy to arrange a pick up. If you want to attend one of their events, they promote them on Facebook and Instagram. Just search on "Keep Sewing Alive San Diego.” Check out their posts for creative classes, too.
