Hot enough for ya? The unusual high temperature and accompanying high humidity has San Diego County residents on edge. Is this an anomaly or the new normal? Do we need to install air conditioning? What’s that going to do to the electric bill? The warmer ocean water is nice to swim in but that’s probably not good for sea life, right?

Climate anxiety is real and the Climate Group here at UUFSD can offer some relief. On September 20th at the Social Justice Involvement Fair, Climate Group members will be on the patio after the service. Visit the Climate Group table to learn how you can adapt and even thrive in our rapidly changing ecosystem. Our mission is to facilitate consciousness-raising about climate change and green alternatives. You’re always welcome to check out our meetings on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 pm via Zoom.
