Join us for our first conversation in a series about End of Life concerns. Guests Brian Graham, MD from TopKare Hospice and End of Life Doula Lori Krause will offer information and lead a discussion surrounding hospice care. Lunch will be provided. All are welcome. Bring your questions and let’s start the conversation. Forums will take place quarterly, with upcoming themes including writing your obituary, planning your memorial, filling out advanced directive paperwork, legal issues surrounding end of life, and more.
